How we calculate this estimate
The termite calculator uses Pest Tech’s own rate card:
- Pre-construction (new builds): plinth area in square feet × a per-square-foot rate, with a minimum per site. Three treatment stages — foundation, plinth/DPC and under-floor — are included, with a warranty certificate.
- Post-construction (existing buildings): covered area in square feet × a per-square-foot rate for drill-fill-seal treatment, with a minimum per job.
- Woodwork: each wooden door frame treated by injection adds a fixed range.
- Infestation: for existing buildings, a moderate infestation adds about 20% and a severe one about 45%.
- Travel: outer areas such as Bahria Town, Scheme 33 and Malir add a small travel charge.
- Rounding: results are rounded to the nearest Rs 500.
Unit converters: 1 square yard = 9 square feet. A marla is 225 sq ft in many societies and 272.25 sq ft in older measurements, and some localities use other sizes — choose the one that applies to your plot, and we will confirm the square footage before quoting. A kanal is 20 marla.
