Disinfection vs fumigation vs cleaning

For droppings from rats or pigeons, the order matters: remove droppings carefully without sweeping dust into the air, then disinfect. If the rodents are still active, combine this with rodent control.
Products and contact time
We use registered disinfectants appropriate to the surface, for example quaternary ammonium compounds for general surfaces, hydrogen peroxide–based products for sensitive areas, and diluted sodium hypochlorite for washrooms and hard floors — each used per label.
The single most important detail is contact time: a disinfectant only works if the surface stays wet for the time on the label. Spraying and immediately wiping dry does very little. Our technicians time each zone.
