Methyl Bromide
Space Fumigant — RestrictedActive Ingredient: Methyl Bromide (Bromomethane)
A highly effective broad-spectrum fumigant used for warehouse and shipping container fumigation. Methyl Bromide penetrates all parts of a space and kills insects at all life stages including eggs. Due to its ozone-depleting properties, its use is restricted under the Montreal Protocol and permitted only for specific quarantine and pre-shipment applications by certified operators.

Aluminium Phosphide (Phosphine)
Grain Fumigant — PhosphineActive Ingredient: Aluminium Phosphide 56%
The world's most widely used grain fumigant. Aluminium phosphide tablets react with atmospheric moisture to release phosphine gas, which penetrates grain bulks and eliminates all insect pests including grain weevils, flour beetles, and khapra beetles at all life stages. Pest Tech uses this for large warehouse and silo fumigations.

Grain silos, large warehouses, bulk food storage, closed structures
Safety: WHO Class Ia. Highly toxic during application. Full evacuation and gas monitoring required. Certified applicators only.
Permethrin 25:75 EC
General Surface TreatmentActive Ingredient: Permethrin 50% (25:75 cis:trans ratio)
A professional-grade permethrin formulation in the WHO-recommended 25:75 isomer ratio for maximum efficacy. Used for general surface treatment of walls, floors, equipment bases, and structural surfaces in commercial facilities. HACCP-compatible when applied to non-food contact surfaces. Provides 1–3 months residual protection.
